Sugar pump
Cradle-mounted pumps“СК” (СКМ) aredesignedforpumping of process liquids. Capacity – from50-300 m3.
Pumps are applied for beet sugar productions, public utility organizations and other industries.
Pumped medium:
Suspensions with suspended particles contentto 30% by weight, juices, syrups, lime cream, water and other process liquids.
Design:
Horizontal cradle-mounted pump with axial admission of pumped medium. Basic part of pumpis scroll case with foot supports. Discharge branch pipe islocated upward vertically. Installation of composite end seal significantly reduces external leakage. Pump flushing necessary during pumping of crystal mediums is performed by steam after shutdown without its disassembling. Rolling bearings are applied as rotor supports. Lubrication at the customer’s option – liquid or consistent.
