Application: condensate pumps of КсВ type and pumping units on their basis of AKсB type are designed for pumping condensate in steam-water lines of heat and power supply thermal generating units, as well as clear water with temperature up to 140 0с in heat and water supply systems.
Design: Condensate pumps КсВ — centrifugal, vertical, single-entry, single- or multi-stage, barrel insert pumps with dismountable inner casing of sectional type. Pump КсВ 200-130 — with impeller of first stage with double inlet. Outer casing is welded with branch pipes for welding to pipelines. Rotor supports are: lower- friction bearing, inboard for operation on pumped medium; upper – outboard rolling bearing with grease or oil bath lubrication. Unloading of rotor from axial forces— hydraulic by means of hydraulic balancing device or balance piston. Shaft seals are mechanical with gland packing (-С) interchangeable with mechanical end ones (-Т).
Materials:
- casing, covers and sections – carbon steel forgings and profile rolled steel;
- flowing part details– 20Х13Л and 30Х13 chrome steel forgings and castings;
- groove seals details –non-tearing corrosion-resistant alloys;
- shaft – rolled section of structural alloy steel 40Х.
Completeness:
- assembled pump with brackets for motor mounting and auxiliary pipelines within the limits of pump;
- drive motor;
- box-coupling of МУВП or МУП type;
- fastenings for pump and motor;
- spare tools and accessories kit.
