Vacuum pumps
Units based on vacuum spool-type АВЗ type pumps are designed for pumping air and other chemically neutral vapors and gases from pressurized volume. Ambient and pumped medium temperature is from 283К to 308К (from +10°С to 35°С).
АВЗ type vacuum units are used: in production of pure materials, thin films and coatings, high-quality welded and brazed joints, in manufacture of electronic devices, microbiological products and medicines, to create pre-vacuum in the high-vacuum units.
АВЗ-20Д Unit. Double-stage with air cooling.
АВЗ-63Д, АВЗ-125Д Units. Double-stage with water cooling.
АВЗ-90, АВЗ-180 Units. Single-stage with water cooling.
АВЗ-180К Unit. Single-stage with water cooling of pump and oil tank.
